Terms & Conditions – Amelle London

This website is operated by Amelle London. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Amelle London.

Article 1 – Definitions Withdrawal period: The timeframe during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Consumer: A natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business.

Article 3 – Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Amelle London and every distance contract and order concluded between the business and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the offered products and/or services. Images represent the products as accurately as possible, although colors may vary depending on screen settings.

Article 5 – The Contract The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated requirements. Amelle London reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing due to technical errors, or violation of these Terms.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact us at support@amellelondon.co.uk within the withdrawal period.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to: custom-made or personalized products, hygienic products with broken seals, items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Article 9 – Delivery Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics. Amelle London is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Article 10 – Complaints Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@amellelondon.co.uk. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with photos if applicable. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
